Adult Day Services of the Tri-Cities is a day health care program designed to serve Adults with social, health, cognitive, physical and emotional needs. The primary goal of adult day services is to maintain or improve the individual's level of functioning for as long as possible, preventing or delaying further deterioration while allowing the individual to remain in the family structure and/or community.

Adult Day Services of the Tri-Cities makes a huge impact on the quality of life of the people we serve through our licensed health care staff and structured therapeutic activities, which are provided both for the disabled elderly and developmentally disabled. Adult Day Services of the Tri-Cities works to meet the needs of our patients, their families and the community.

Addressing the Patient Need with a Wide Range of Services
Health monitoring, medications, weight & diabetic care
Physical, occupational and speech therapy on a maintenance level
Nursing support services - RN, LPN and CNAs on staff
Foot care
Providing opportunity to build friendships and socialization
Transportation
Exercise programs, music, meals, crafts and group activities designed to help strengthen the individual’s body, mind and spirit
Personal care assistance
Specialized activities focused on life skills and socialization for adults with developmental disabilities
Counseling
Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Family Need
A safe environment for people with physical or mental impairments including Alzheimer’s disease
Respite and support care for families
Prevention of premature or unnecessary placement in nursing home
Supervision and programs for developmentally disabled individuals
Resources and educational support for families
